Review: Cuticle Remy XQ

Cuticle Remy XQ
I decided to try Cuticle Remy XQ when looking for the perfect style for my wedding day. I did two hair trials several months prior to the big day using Cuticle Remy XQ.

Hair Trial One: Sew-in with sides, nape, and horseshoe leave-out at the top.
1 pack 12" 1B/30 and 1 pack 14" 1B/30.

Hair Trial Two:
Sew-in with sides, nape, and horseshoe leave-out at the top. 1 pack 14" 1B/30 and 1 pack 16" 1B/30

Out the pack:  This hair is not too shiny and blends perfectly with my own relaxed hair. It was also very thick and held curls very well.  During washing the hair feels rough and hard. After each wash the texture of the hair gets increasingly coarse. Though I am always careful to refrain from agitating  the hair to prevent tangles, I had to use a great deal of conditioner after washing to detangle and smooth the hair. After washing, I experienced a lot of shedding.

Final Thoughts: I would purchase this hair again, because it's simply beautiful when installed and styled. It blends well, looks natural, holds a curl well, and sheds minimally initially.
I would not keep it installed for a long period of time because I don't like how the texture changes after washing.
