My favorite pair of biker shorts had neon stripes down the sides, and I wore it with my favorite neon pink belt pouch! You couldn't tell me I wasn't hot stuff. ;)
Neon has made a major comeback, but this time around it's all about keeping it chic.
For this look I'm styling citron yellow with all black everything.
A demure midi skirt is the perfect contrast to balance these bold heels.
