Get the Look Makeup Edition

sexy makeup smokey eye pink lips

I love trying new makeup colors and products. Check out the links below for the products I used to get this makeup look.

I started with a clean moisturized face and primed with Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer. I love this stuff, it keeps skin from getting oily and keeps your makeup in place all day. Check out my full review here.

I applied CoverGirl Queen Collection Liquid Makeup Foundation  in Golden Honey with the Real Techniques Stippling Brush.  Additional blending was done with the Cheeky Foundation Puff.

I set my foundation with Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder and a large powder brush.

I applied Iman Cosmetics Second To None Cover Cream, Clay Medium under my eyes on my forehead down the center of my nose, on my cupid's bow, and  in the center of my chin with the
Everyday Minerals Bamboo Eye Kabuki Brush. I blended with a beauty blending sponge.

I set all concealer with Ben Nye Luxury Banana Powder using the Elf Kabuki Brush. This gives a subtle golden look to highlighted areas.  (In the near future I plan on purchasing a setting brush for smaller areas such as the Real Techniques Setting Brush.)

I applied CoverGirl Queen Collection Natural Hue Bronzer in Ebony Bronze to my hairline, underneath my nose, and underneath my cheek bones to add warmth back to my face.

Contouring and highlighting of the cheekbones done with Sleek Makeup Face Contour Kit in medium and the Real Techniques Contour Brush from the Core Collection Set.

Color Workshop Blush (the darker shade to the right) applied with Sonia Kashuk Large Angled Contour Brush.  I love this brush! It's so soft and the angle makes applying just the right amount of blush easy.

Eyelids primed with Urban Decay Primer Potion. This makes eyeshadow look richer and causes it to last all day without creasing. See my full review here.

Eyeshadow from Coastal Scents Metal Mania Palette.

Jordana Easy Liner in Lavish Brown to fill in brows. I use Sonia Kashuk's Spoolie Brush to soften the look of the eye pencil for a more natural look.
(I also use Jordana Easy Liner in Black to line my eyes.)

I applied two coats of Maybeline The Falsies Flared  in Very Black, followed by two coats of CoverGirl Lashblast Fusion in Very Black.

Wet & Wild Mauve Outta Here Mega Last Lipcolor.  This lipstick is one of my new favorites. Mega Last comes in a variety of colors, and even after eating and drinking, color is present on your lips. At an affordable $1.99 you can afford to try different colors without breaking the bank.

I topped Mauve Outta Here with Sally Hansen Smile Brightening Lip Gloss in Radiant.
